Summer 2026 HTA NJTL ACE Registration Form

Dear Parents,

This summer, six (6) sites will host the ACE program. Each class is limited to no more than 12 students, is completely FREE and will run twice per week.

Session I (June 15–July 3)

Session II (July 6–23)

Reading Corner (Ages 4-6)

ACE Summer Circle (Ages 7-10)

Morning Class Sites

• Highland Park — M, W

  Reading Corner: 9:00–10:00 a.m.

  ACE Summer Circle: 10:00–11:00 a.m.

• Nottingham Park — T, Th

  Reading Corner: 9:00–10:00 a.m.

  ACE Summer Circle: 10:00–11:00 a.m.

• Scenic Woods — M, W

  ACE Summer Circle: 9:00–10:00 a.m.

  Reading Corner: 10:00–11:00 a.m.

• Schwartz Park — T, Th

  Reading Corner: 9:00–10:00 a.m.

  ACE Summer Circle: 10:00–11:00 a.m.

Afternoon Class Sites

• Bendwood Park — T, Th

  Reading Corner: 5:00–6:00 p.m.

  ACE Summer Circle: 6:00–7:00 p.m.

• Meyerland — M, W

  Reading Corner: 5:00–6:00 p.m.

  ACE Summer Circle: 6:00–7:00 p.m.

Please complete the form to enroll your child in ACE. Regular attendance is encouraged and those attending 75% of classes will be recognized at the 2026 HTA NJTL Reading Rally, Friday, July 24, 9–11 a.m. at Memorial Park. Please refer to the Parent Letter for full details.

Permission & Consent

I give permission for my child to participate in ACE classes and understand regular participation is expected. I have signed the Tennis waiver and that extends to HTA NJTL and ACE programs including permission to share photos and materials produced during classes. I may also be asked to complete evaluation forms at the end of the session.
